This beauty is a Maple-Nut Frosted Frie Donut! It is really more like a cinnamon roll on the inside with maple frosting and walnuts on top. Great maple flavor on the outside with just the hint of cinnamon in every bite. Call it what you will, I call it GOOD and unfortunately GONE! Yummers!
Today our group of rough 'n ready travelers and our old friends, the Beebe's(Bethany, Brian, & Brady) took a canoe and giant donut tour down the Platte River to Lake Michigan with Riverside Canoe Trips of Honor, Michigan,(231-325-5622). Carter and Blaine took the opportunity to practice their Giant Donut Surfing. Some people call these tubes, but they look like giant donuts to me! Cowabunga Dudes!
Shelby and Chloe shared a giant donut for a relaxing ride down the river. Later, Chloe took over the front of my canoe and turned out to be a natural paddler. Great paddling Chlo!
Apparently, Aunt Julie has been working out!
